Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These terms govern your use of ExamNauts (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who can use ExamNauts
Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, on behalf of their child. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the service.
2. What we provide
ExamNauts offers practice questions, progress tracking and study‑planning tools for entrance‑exam preparation. We work hard to make our content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome. ExamNauts complements — and does not replace — teaching and tutoring.
3. Accounts
We use passwordless sign‑in (a one‑time code sent to your email). Keep access to your email secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Payment, renewals and refunds
Membership is a one‑off payment for 12 months’ access — it does not auto‑renew. Payments are processed by GoCardless. Practising the free tier always remains free. If you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
Please use ExamNauts for your family’s own learning. Don’t copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our questions or content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
6. Our content
The questions, designs and software are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may print plans and questions for your own child’s use.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error‑free. We may update features and these terms from time to time; significant changes will be notified on this page.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
