One payment, no auto-renew
A membership is a single payment for one year of access. It does not renew automatically — we will never take a payment from you without you choosing to buy again. When your year ends, access simply pauses until you decide to renew.
14-day money-back guarantee
If ExamNauts isn't right for your child, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
Cancelling your membership
Because there's no recurring subscription, there's nothing you need to cancel to avoid future charges. If you'd like us to close your account and delete your data, just email us (see below) and we'll take care of it.
After 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window we don't offer partial refunds for the remainder of the year, as access is granted in full at purchase. If something has gone wrong, though, please get in touch — we're reasonable people and we'll always try to help.
